Upon review, DIR determined that prospective Respondents were not initially provided with access to the common data room when granted access to the SecOps data room. DIR has since confirmed that, as of June 9, 2026, all Respondents with data room access have access to both the common and SecOps data rooms. However, because this confirmation occurred after the RFO Question Submission deadline of June 5, 2026, DIR is opening a limited Questions and Answers period only for questions prospective Respondents may have regarding documents in the common data room. DIR will not accept any questions not related to the common data room; those questions should have already been asked during main Question and Answer period. Through this Request for Offer (“RFO”), the Texas Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) seeks to procure a vendor for Security Operations (“SecOps”) to be provided to eligible DIR Customers through DIR’s Data Center Services (“DCS”) program. DIR invites interested parties that meet the RFO qualifications to submit proposals regarding their solutions and related service offerings (the submitting parties “Respondents” and the submissions “Responses”). All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFO.
