Solicitation Description:  

Schertz-Cibolo-UniversalCity Independent School District (SCUC ISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed ProposalResponses for the construction of a new asphalt parking lot at Samuel ClemensHigh School in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, andrequirements/specifications contained in this Solicitation. Supportingimprovements include relocation and modification of the campus securityfencing, installation of new vehicle and pedestrian gates with access control,sidewalks connecting the parking lot to the building, and low voltageinfrastructure for security cameras.  ProjectMagnitude: $1,900,000 - $2,100,000

CivilEngineer: CDS Muery Engineers and Surveyors

AG/CMshall act as the District’s Construction Manager to assist with thedistribution, evaluation, negotiations and project management related to thissolicitation.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING / SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference possibleSite Visit will be held at 2:00p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at1060 Elbel Road, Schertz, TX 78154. Contractor may also get a chance to see thesite after. This meeting will take place in one of the district maintenanceoffices. Ask the front desk attendant at the Malish Administrative Center fordirections to meeting upon arrival.
